Having two young children and a pet cat, one thing we try to keep on top of is germs. They are everywhere and reminding children to constantly wash their hands is an ongoing battle. I use several products in order to keep us germ free but how well do they work?
There’s a new technology on the market now called Byotrol which can be found in a range of cleaning and personal hygiene products.
Byotrol is a unique technology that helps to protect families from germs – it’s the only product on the market that kills 99.9% of germs and continues to protect for up to 24 hours after use. It does this by creating an invisible barrier, which prevents germs from settling on the freshly sanitised surface.
We were sent a couple of products to try including Tesco anti-bacterial multi-surface cleaner and Boots Anti Viral Hand Foam.
The Tesco anti-bacterial multi-surface cleaner comes in an easy to use spray bottle. This is ideal for quickly going over kitchen surfaces or the children’s plastic table. It has a light apple fragrance which is pleasant to use. I found the cleaner to be effective giving the surfaces a clean, fresh feel to them and knowing that it will be germ free for up to 24 hours is great! I even used it on Mister B’s potty to keep it fresh and clean between uses.
The Boots Anti Viral Hand Foam comes in a large pump bottle. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this but found it surprisingly good. The foam spread easily across the hands leaving them feeling soft, fresh and completely dry within seconds. With two young children this is an excellent item to take out and about but also use around the home when you want to ensure their little hands are super clean.
If you want to find out more about the Hygiene Revolution and Byotrol, join their Facebook page and even better – if you fancy trying out a product containing Byotrol then just send them a message on Facebook mentioning that you heard about them on Mummy’s Little Stars and they’ll pop a product in the post to you.
