I’m loving the new found meals that are now regularly included as part of my weekly menu.  They are tasty, wholesome and really do fill me up unlike a lot of the pre-prepared food I ate a lot of before.  To date I have lost 10lb which I’m so pleased about and look forward to losing a few more in the coming months.

If you’d like to try a Porridge on Tuesday meal plan to see the benefits for you then check out the giveaway below.

5 people will each win a 12 week Porridge on Tuesday plan

  1. Frozen berries that have thawed a bit blended up with a banana for a smoothie. Lovely and cold for those hot days.

  2. The 12 week idea makes a lot of sense and seems to be a more effective way of losing weight. The added bonus being it looks very likely to help make a lifestyle change aswell.

  3. Grapes, i eat them like sweets! gorgeous! thank you for the opportunity to enter this competition! i have been struggling with loosing weight for a few years now and would very much love a chance to try this diet out! fingers are crossed!

  4. Loving my ripe tomatoes, eaten straight from the vine, at the moment!..they are sooo sweet, much better then shop ones!

  5. Fruit, whatever’s in season – at the moment I’m in my element as donut peaches and apricots are available. Sad that the cherry season is almost over, though!

  6. We’re blessed with so many types of gorgeous fruit and veg at present it’s pretty easy to be healthy (if only I was angelic the rest of the year!) I’m really liking watermelon

  7. my strawberries are just finished in the garden, they are so different from shop bought and were a great addition to cereal, yogurt or just a plain old bowl o strawberries. Now waiting for the reaspberries

  8. I love pears, I could live on them but I would need sprouts too lol (Don’t stand down wind!)

Really interested in this diet plan, sounds really different – thanks for blogging about it! 🙂

  9. Fruit smoothie. Strawberries and blueberries mushed up and mixed in a blender with no fat or low fat vanilla yoghurt and a drizzle of honey

  10. Stawberries, or an over ripe banana. I am quite fussy about fruit so it’s hard to find one I can get on with to be honest.
