  1. Frozen berries that have thawed a bit blended up with a banana for a smoothie. Lovely and cold for those hot days.

  2. The 12 week idea makes a lot of sense and seems to be a more effective way of losing weight. The added bonus being it looks very likely to help make a lifestyle change aswell.

  4. Loving my ripe tomatoes, eaten straight from the vine, at the moment!..they are sooo sweet, much better then shop ones!

  5. Fruit, whatever’s in season – at the moment I’m in my element as donut peaches and apricots are available. Sad that the cherry season is almost over, though!

  6. We’re blessed with so many types of gorgeous fruit and veg at present it’s pretty easy to be healthy (if only I was angelic the rest of the year!) I’m really liking watermelon

  7. my strawberries are just finished in the garden, they are so different from shop bought and were a great addition to cereal, yogurt or just a plain old bowl o strawberries. Now waiting for the reaspberries

  8. i love porridge oats with plain yogurt sweetened with granular sweetener and fresh or frozen berries… can eat it any time of the day as a pudding or as breakfast 🙂

  10. Fruit smoothie. Strawberries and blueberries mushed up and mixed in a blender with no fat or low fat vanilla yoghurt and a drizzle of honey

  11. Stawberries, or an over ripe banana. I am quite fussy about fruit so it’s hard to find one I can get on with to be honest.
