Personalised Tablet Case Review

With an iPad in our household in much need of a new cover I opted to try out one of the smart covers with it personalised using a photo of my beloved children. I’ve not had any experience with a smart cover before so was intrigued to see what they were like. Firstly I had to place my order through the website which I have to say was extremely simple and user friendly and although I could have customised the case in various ways I chose to simply just add a photograph. It was easy to upload and then I could size it as I felt best to fit the cover. Delivery was quick and efficient and arrived in just a few days.

Firstly I needed to attach the new cover to the iPad which is done by a magnetic hinge on the side of the cover. I was really impressed with how well this gripped onto the tablet and just sat in place perfectly. It really did fit like a glove!!

Next was to check out the various opening options, so apart from the obvious folding the whole cover open as a whole, you can fold the cover along the indented lines and create either a slightly slanted screen for working on or a more upright screen to use when viewing something. Both of these hold really well and sit at great angles appropriate to what you are using it for.

Overall I’m impressed with the cover from My Personalised Case in both the quality of the product, the quality of the personalised image and the fit to the tablet. These cases are a great way to protect your technology and can also be used as gift idea. Sonic Chic Travel Toothbrush – Review

Sonic Chic toothbrush’s are a welcome addition to the dental market with their funky designed cases, these battery powered brushes are ideal for travelling or using on the go. With the majority of us using electric toothbrushes these days, they are quite bulky to carry out of the house and there’s always that fear they’ll run out of charge.

It also means that everyone can have their own recognisable brush and you won’t get them mixed up. The brush comes with everything you need to get started and can be used away. It requires one AA battery which is included in the kit along with two brush heads. The casing not only looks great but is simple to keep clean and having a hygenic cap means it’s great to just throw in your handbag for a quick freshen up.

I used this recently on a trip away and it was great not having to worry about the charge running out and knowing if the battery was to go low I could just pop to a shop for a replacement. It’s also really compact and just slipped into my toiletry bag and I knew that the brush head was protected.

I think these toothbrushes are a great alternative to electric ones for using away from home, weather it’s a quick freshen up after work before going out, at the gym, away for the weekend or a whole holiday. Why worry about taking a charger, remembering to plug it in and the unhygenic toothbrush head rolling around in your wash bag. For me it’s simple, Sonic chic toothbrushes are the answer!

Beatrix New York Pixel Robot Case for Tablets – Review

Beatrix New York Cases for tablets have to be one of the cutest range of iPad covers I’ve seen in a while. Aimed at children with their modern range of designs, Beatrix New York covers come with either a Robot, Dinosaur, Owl or Ladybird on the front. We chose the Robot to try with our iPad as it was an appealing design that both daddy and the children would be happy with.

The Beatrix New York cases are designed to be compatible with any tablets up to 10.1″ in size. Therefore it makes the ideal companion for the iPad.

This case is beautifully made to a really high standard, the quality really shows which is just what you want when looking for something to protect your iPad. The cases are padded with a velvet lining and water resistant protection for kid-proof protection. They are also PVC free, Phthalate free, BPA free, lead free & BPA free so no nasties in there making it perfect for little ones who are venturing into the world of tablets.

The design of the case is lovely, it drew the attention of both my children immediately. The image of the robot is bold, bright and beautifully embroidered to an exceptional standard. There is even a little name badge on the back so you can add your personal details. The zips have been well thought out with a soft touch, ergonomically friendly, shaped moulding that is easy to grab when opening and closing.

We were all amazed at the ultra soft feel inside. Perfect for protecting your iPad and it also made it really easy to slip the iPad in and out of. The whole family love this cover for the iPad and as it’s something primarily used by daddy and the children the design is perfect for them. We all love this and can’t recommend it highly enough in both quality and design aspects.
