Keeping your body healthy and your immune system in good working order is really important over the Winter months to help prevent nasty coughs and colds. My family have been trying out Redoxon over the last few weeks, a range of multi vitamins taken daily to give your immune system the boost it needs over the coldest time of the year.
Redoxon comes in three varieties:
- Redoxon Immune Support Everyday
- Redoxon Triple Action Effervescent
- Redoxon Triple Action Gummies
Both adult variants come as effervescent tablets that simply dissolve in a glass of water to produce an easy to drink orange flavoured vitamin drink. The Immune Support Everyday is a general multivitamin providing day to day support for your immune system. Triple Action gives you a high boost of vitamins C, D and zinc which helps you to feel more energised.
The Triple Action Gummies are suitable from age 4 and are again vitamins C, D and zinc but at a suitable dose for young ones. They come in yellow, orange and red shaped chewy drops, each flavoured with either orange, strawberry or papaya flavours. I have to say that children’s vitamins are always a bit hit and miss for us, but I can safely say they’ve been a hit with my 8yr old daughter and because she enjoys them, takes them regularly each day without any complaints. My 6yr old wouldn’t try them but I’m not worried as he eats such a multitude of fruit each evening!
My husband and I have been drinking the effervescent versions of Redoxon daily and are more than happy with the flavour and ease of use. We are all feeling pretty good at the moment and haven’t encounted any Winter bugs or colds yet so that’s a good sign. And with the cold dark nights drawing in, there’s nothing better than snuggling up in the evening in some woolly socks and a large mug of hot chocolate – here’s to a happy, healthy Christmas!
