Transformulas is a brand that promises beauty without surgery by creating groundbreaking formulas that are backed up with scientific, proven evidence. LipVolume is one of these products, that promises to increase lip moisture and volume, therefore improving the contour of the lips and giving a better definition to the lip line. At £29.95 it isn’t cheap, but I’ve been trying it out to see what I thought.
The lip treatment comes in a sleek, silver tube that immediately looks great, but then it comes down to the product in side. The lip wand is rounded and easy to use, the gloss just glides onto the lip area. Initially there is a slight tingle with a vaguely minty aroma, due to the Menthol in the product giving it a cool feel. I found the feeling really pleasant and not at all strong, and could immediately feel a plumping within my lips. The treatment is non sticky, leaves my lips shiny, highly hydrated and they feel soft and smooth.
Packed full of key ingredients including a natural tripeptide Gly-His-Lys along with Macadamia nut oil, provitamin B5, Vitamin E, Soybean Oil and Menthol, this lip treatment really works and feels great.
I’ve loved using the Transformulas LipVolume, it has become my handbag staple and I am using it several times a day. It really makes you feel good when you are wearing it as you know you have a glossy sheen on and your lips also feel full and luscious. Due to it’s excellent hydration properties it also means that your lips won’t dry out, instead they’ll feel highly moisturised and there is no need for any kind of extra balm, which is normally something I would have to use on my dry lips. This lip treatment has it all packed into one silver little tube – I love it and would happily use it again and again!
